"I don't usually write reviews, but I was urged to write something for my exceptional experience with this immigration attorney, Karen at Rose Carson LLP. Simply to say she is the best attorney I've ever worked with and I'm so sure it'd be very hard for me to find an attorney as good as her in the future! When I first apply my Employee based green card with a private lawyer in Dallas TX I had a horrible experience. He charged me $3000 and never applied my green card, blaming some changes of the immigration law and regulation. And, it was when I found out he's never even filed my documents one and a half year later. I asked him to stop the process and get all my documents back so that I can work with a new law firm. He released my documents, but in one condition that I must sign a contract not to sue against him. I had no choice, but sign it since my time was running out with my H1B visa. Hiring a wrong layer I wasted my one and a half year and lost $3000. Lesson learned: Choosing a wrong immigration lawyer comes with significant price and painful consequences. There are many tiny law firms which are cheap enough taking advantage of the foreign people's vulnerable position as they like, or greedy enough taking too many cases more than they can handle, which leads to mistakes and delays.
