"My husband went to buy the chicken special and said he was only able to get 1 of the 8 piece deal. He noticed their were plenty more chicken to buy which made no sense. He also said the employees spoke in Spanish among each other and told him they only had enough for an order. How do you sell chicken and tell your customer you are out of chicken when clearly their were plenty of chicken upfront. Need better customer service."

"I hate this place, they are a grocery store but they are missing so much, idk how many times I walked in there because it’s close to my house just to leave angry that again they don’t have a basic thing that most grocery stores carry, and to top it off it’s hella overpriced compared to many other grocery stores"

"The quality of the food is gone. Food doesn’t have the same taste. Price goes up and quality goes down. Burritos from Cardenas are crossed off our list. A huge spoonful of rice one of beans and a drizzle of meat. Don’t recommend it.. In search of delicious meaty burritos. Any suggestions anyone?"

"Nasty grape experience! The bag of grapes read"Seedless". Unfortunately, some have gotten smart enough to put fresh plumped grapes on top and a bunch of soggy grapes on the bottom of the bag.The first bunch was plumped and had seeds in them.The rest of the grapes were seedless and really soggy. This incident was deliberately and nasty.That is not what I remembered Cardenas Markets for. It used to be fresh food."

"Great Customer service!! Cashiers do take a lot time to ring you! They should open more register! Great variety of department to buy diffrent items! They have full kitchen that you can order hot food! Pastry department where you can order cakes and many more items! Also have a tortilla shop order fresh ones! A+++"
