It felt like I was constantly chasing after them just to get a simple update on the status of my case. I'd have to follow up with them 3-4 times before they would even answer, resulting in unnecessary delays that extended the divorce process by weeks. Furthermore, Irene seemed to be on vacation more often than not. Her frequent absences further hindered progress on my case, making an already difficult situation even more frustrating. This lack of responsiveness left me feeling frustrated, anxious, and completely unsupported during an already emotionally taxing period in my life. Instead of guiding me through the legal aspects of my divorce and addressing my concerns, Irene and Jessica seemed disinterested and unwilling to invest the necessary time and effort into my case. Their lack of empathy and understanding only added to my stress and anxiety, making the entire process even more overwhelming. I had hoped that hiring a legal professional would alleviate some of the burdens that come with divorce, but Irene and team did the exact opposite. Instead of making things easier, they made my life even more difficult. We had to resubmit my case 3x because the firm kept making mistakes in the submission. I couldn't trust their work, and I constantly questioned whether they knew what they were doing. I strongly advise anyone going through a divorce or any legal activities to avoid Irene Gold Law at all costs. Their slow, non-responsive, and unhelpful approach only made an already painful experience that much worse on top of the mistakes they made. "I'd avoid this firm. For one thing, at least 1 of the "5 star reviews" on this page is from an existing employee, so that should say something. I had a call scheduled with Irene Gold and she didn't attend. Not only did she not attend, no one at the office let me know. We rescheduled twice and each time it was the same, no call no show and I had to chase the team down for a reschedule. Emails went unanswered, communication was poor. It was an underwhelming experience from start to finish. I'll be filing a complaint w/ the California State Bar, Better Business Bureau and taking my business and time elsewhere."

"I am incredibly grateful and impressed with Irene and her team's work. I had a 64 page document that needed to be reviewed within a very short time frame over the holidays and no other lawyers were taking it on. Irene took on the work very quickly and within a week was able to go through it with me, provide me with lots of guidance, and give me a ton of examples to work through and think about. She was promptly in touch with the other party's lawyer and was always available on short notice to meet and get things over the finish line.
