"Don't go there, they are scammers who take advantage of people's vulnerability. My husband had an appointment in November 2023 and they told him they would only charge him $3000. He immediately paid 1500. Afterwards they told him that the cost would be more than double what they had first quoted him. My husband at this time could not spend more so he no longer wanted to continue with them. All this happened in less than a week. Well, until now they have not returned any of the money, they say that in 1 week they made expenses in my husband's case. I wish I had read their reviews, they steal from people in the same way."

We call n just get the run around does any body know if I can complaint against the Better business bureau or the attorney complaint office. La defensora is not organized. I was finally able to get in contact with someone hopefully she can help us out."

"My husband opened his case with this firm in June, months go by without any updates. About a month ago, they requested his social security number, which I sent to the paralegal the same day. Since then, we haven't had an update. I called today and was placed on hold for about 15+ minutes, so I had to hang up. They called me back, only to place me on hold for another 15 minutes. So far, no update on if anything has been filed, and no way to get in contact with the paralegal, much less a lawyer."
