"I miss the old rite aid location, the new one seems to have smaller selections of items and the aisles are so narrow! BUT I love their beauty section…it’s very open and well stocked. Can’t go wrong with a scoop of ice cream either!"

"I called and asked if they received my medication 9/2. They did and said it was ordered for Tuesday 9/5. I politely told them that’s not what was communicated to me for the brand name I usually get. I was texted a weird text message with a medication I’ve never heard off. Hence, why I called them. The lady on the phone was extremely rude, condescending tone and off putting. A simple, “FDA approved a new generic version and your insurance doesn’t cover it anymore” would been the professional answer. So now I’m unexpectedly out of medication till Tuesday 9/5."

"The woman pharmacist that works here is the most rude/ inconsiderate person I have ever had the displeasure of speaking with. After waiting 10 minutes for her to answer the phone, she proceeds to answer in a manner that leads you to believe that you are inconveniencing her and wasting her time. After inquiring about if my prescription is ready, she very coldly and callously said "I cannot give you that information!" and then hung up the phone on me! Then. I called back the next day to check again on my prescription, hoping to talk to a different pharmacist, but no, unfortunately it was the same rude woman. She again yelled at me and told me that she couldn't give me the info over the phone, which I have NEVER heard of that before, and then hangs up on me AGAIN before i can even have a chance to ask any other follow-up questions! After seeing the other one star reviews of other poor patients dealing with the same disrespectful woman, I cannot believe that Rite Aid Pharmacy hasn't gotten rid of her. I will NEVER have my prescriptions filled here again!"

"The staff is very kind, and friendly. We always strike up a conversation. They’re stock is almost always full, ofc there are times a product runs out but it gets refilled pretty quickly. I really enjoy the ice cream they have there, so many options that look great. The Animal circus cookie one is a new favorite of mine, that was recommended by an employee. Great place"

"I've cream is great! I was disappointed in the service. Second time where there's one person holding down the cash registers and ice cream section. No line behind us, we began to place our order. Three ice creams in my daughter asks if she can have a tester of one flavor. We are told yes but we have to pay for the 3 and then he can move over to the ice cream for a tester. I repeat back to make sure we understand. We need to pay for the 3 before she can test a flavor to then order hers and pay for one scoop separately? Yes, correct. We went with it. Got the scoops of ice cream and the tester and by then there's a line had grown to 5 customers. We were told we could get back in line. My daughter decided on no ice cream, we left instead. Ice cream is delicious but second time now where the service is not great."
