"This review is for the service. I went to pick up the cake which I ordered 2 days ago. There were two ladies at the front desk who seemed to know nothing about the orders they received. Here is what happened. I first told them my name and that I was there to pick up my cake. They asked for the order number. I gave them the ordered number and then they asked my phone number. I gave them my phone number but unfortunately they didn’t seem to understand. I repeated my number again. The younger lady told me 1) they can’t give me the cake without phone number, and 2)my order is for tomorrow which is absolutely wrong. I was there at the right pickup time and I had told them the correct name, order number, and phone number. In the end, I got my cake without any apologies. The owner and her daughter (i assume) seem to be very sloppy and impolite. I haven’t tried the cake yet but I don’t think I will ever order from this place again."
