"Visiting from out of state. The ambiance of this studio is extremely peaceful. The owner Katrina has done an excellent job creating this space. It is minimalist and absolutely gorgeous. (I would love her to do the interior design of my own home!). I took a restorative yin class with Tracy. The class was just what my body needed. Tracy guided the class into a few poses I had not done before, and they were very relaxing. The owner and Tracy are friendly & welcoming! There is also a small boutique style yoga “shop” that is connected to the studio. The shop sells high quality products, from local handmade serums, to gorgeous colors of lululemon yoga pants, exercise bras & comfortable shirts. I purchased a soft sage colored pair of yoga pants, and cozy beige bra- a tranquil color combination! Consider mindfully shopping small businesses such as this one; it is an amazing asset to the community! This studio is classy, without the elitist attitude of some studios. I travel for work, and try to find a yoga class wherever I am. This is the best studio I have visited in the USA. Well done, Katrina! It was a pleasure to talk with you- you made me feel like I was catching up with an old friend. I appreciate you."
