Best Western Plus Stovall's Inn 1110 West Katella Avenue, Anaheim, CA 92802

"We stayed here and in room 101. I see many great reviews, so maybe 101 is the bad one of the bunch, but it was absolutely disgusting. It smelled like mildew and felt damp, and when we complained they cleaned the air conditioner which helped, but it didn’t take the smell completely away. The door jam was not sealed and you could see outside. The walls were thin and you could hear everything. People would walk by smoke and talk at all hours and we could hear everything and smell the smoke. The walls in the bathroom were dirty and the wall paper in the room was buckling and peeling. When we noticed they didn’t come in to clean, we were told they only do that if you stay over four nights. The breakfast was not good, cold and food was dry. I will never stay here again."

"Loved this place. Came for a conference at the convention center and ended up going to Disney. Breakfast was very filling and lots of options. Rooms already had enough towels and extra blankets. Less than ten minutes walk to convention center and about 20-25 min into downtown Disney and then you can get into Disney from there. Lots of international food options within 10-20 minutes as well! Plenty of parking but we went first week of December. There’s also these 3 adorable cats that walk around but don’t bother anyone. Workers were very kind from front desk to breakfast hall. Would stay again."

"Amazing. Look, if you are going to Disneyland, are you really caring about your room? Bed? Toilet? Shower? Sink? Perfect. Best western any day . Want luxury and pampering? This isn’t it. Go somewhere else. I was a party of 7, booked two rooms. Not adjoining but next to each other. Short walk to downtown Disney. As far as food, there is a Denny’s less than a block. Lots of quickie marts everywhere, staff very helpful. The bus is basically at the front desk (bus number is 9) There are two pools kiddie pool and two hot tubs. Also a garden walk next to the pool which was really cool. Somewhere there was a gym. Ice machines Take eye mask and earplugs. Get up at 7 and get breakfast for free, after 8 it’s packed so f early. take bananas for the kids or yourself for later in the day. I called before I arrived and said I had a large group and they found transportation for me from the airport and back. Even held my bags my last day so I could enjoy another park day. Don’t sweat the small stuff life is too short. Your kids aren’t going to be the best behaved, you’re in Disneyland . You may not be the best behaved. You’re on vacation ! Enjoy your time!"

"Overall it's a great place to stay if you are visiting the parks. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable. I knocked off a star because of the toilet paper holder. The holder was worn out and the toilet paper would wedge itself in at an angle every time you tried to get some paper. I spoke with my co-workers that stayed in other rooms and they also complained about the toilet paper holders. It's a small thing, but it spoiled an otherwise pleasant stay. The breakfast was typical for an included breakfast, but it was pretty good. The staff that I interacted with were courteous and helpful. I'd still recommend staying here to save some money. It's a quick walk to the park."

"This place has been the most amazing place. Close to Disney right across the street, from downtown Disney. Our room has been cleaned, and done every single time. The food is out-standing so many options. Though I am gluten friendly, I just got the same thing every single day, for a week. But it was filling! They have a nice swimming area. The beds were comfy, to sleep in. Bathroom, was very nice. Though the bathtub was very low, but just had showers and the pressure was awesome. I recommend staying here. I will stay here again, once I come back to Disney. Best western has never proved me wrong yet. The service, at the front desk and staff here has always been super friendly, and very helpful!"
