"Worst employee!!Arlett so rude!! She assumed I had coupons to buy and didn't even ask me to see the gift cards I mentioned I had. I left the store in tears, she made ne feel so bad. Immediately my daughter went back with me and told her, she gave the gift card ($350.00) as a present and she was wrong to tell me I wasn't able to get stuff. She replay saying I didn't specified, I proceeded to get earrings , she not even once said I'm sorry, and when finish the transaction, she just left the bag at the counter, I said thank you and she didn't reply just turned around . After she treated me so poorly, she was angry for a mistake she did , thinking I can't afford to go their store and buy gold. I have never been so humiliated by a salesperson before, and its so wrong and painful."
"We went inside to see their BOGO for a penny deal. GREAT staff, very knowledgeable. Got a ring and received a bracelet and earrings as part of the promo. "Very nice jewelry store. This store did not have any initial pendents, l didn't see any displayed in the store. I was in the store for 12 minutes and none of the 3 associates bothered to ask if I needed help. One associate was helping a customer and 2 were at the checkout counter but never acknowledged my presence."
"My husband Richard and I got our wedding bands here. Service was awesome. We got insurance on our rings, so it's easy and free getting them polished and even resized. We picked Tungsten rings. Tungsten is used in many different ways because it is very strong and durable. It is very resistant to corrosion and has the highest melting point and highest tensile strength of any element. We both feel it represents our love perfectly well."
