"Bought a Halloween item, when I unwrapped it it was already damaged. Took it back to the store they refused to refund or even replace it with an undamaged one even tho the tag was fully attached to the accessory with receipt and original bag in september because I “might’ve worn it and they know how to hang things”"
"Called in advance asking if they do baby ear piercing, I was told , yes and we can just walk in any time, no need appointment. We came the next day, lady on the front saying that the person, who does baby ears is working from 2pm. She offered me to write down my name and phone number, when the person come to work at 2pm she will call me back. It’s been 4 days and nobody called me back. Not recommend!"
