I didn’t wanna embarrass anyone that works there but I went in twice I’ve had two piercings now and I just wanted to let them know that each person has treated me so nice. They gave me really good customer service and did a great job I am so happy with my piercings and I was treated like a little princess thank you!"

"DO NOT COME HERE FOR EAR PIERCING! I took my daughter and paid over $90.00. The girl did the left ear incorrectly and the piercing came out before the end of the day. I took my daughter the next day and they charged me an additional $50 just to put it back on. The employee was rude and disrespectful. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL!"

"I've always found cute accessories here & the quality is pretty good for the price I've paid. It isn't too expensive like a commenter said it is, & they have sales all the time, so I don't know why people complain about prices. Go when there are deals then. The things I have bought here over the years are still holding up in good condition. I think I've only had an issue once, but it was over something very cheap. You get what you pay for. There's no point in complaining"

"I went to get my daughters ear piercing (helix) and the "assistant manager" did it wrong, she offered to do it again, like she were making holds on peper. "I do it every day " she reply. Ok... Had really long nails that bothered her to grab my daughters ear wrong. I wouldn't want to go there again. I'm writing this for other peoples reference."
