"This place was super scary. I checked out of there right around midnight. There was a bunch of drug addicts crackhead, drug deals. You name it there’s no security and no staff available in the night hours. I’ve never in my life stay here. I thought it would be safe because of the locationit was very scary. There was homeless people walking around the hallways."

"I stay there every now and then. I love the owner she is an absolute sweetheart . I love the remodel. How ever unfortunately the cleaning is going down hill kinda like it was before the remodel. But it's not all rooms so I'm guessing it is probably a particular cleaner that is not doing a good job. Because other rooms don't compare to some rooms as far as the cleanliness. I don't know then if it falls on the cleaning manager or the individual . There should always be some going in and inspecting the cleaning. I'm not going into detail about all the issues. Because it's not that bad. I have to say that I have had a cleaning business years ago and had it for a while. So I have a quick eye to spot things. But there are 2 things that I will point out just because it can turn bad fast. And that would be the ac filter was really gross. And the shower drain drained slowly. It definitely wasn't something that I felt needed attention when I was there. I would also like to add that I will stay there again when I need to. I gave it all 5 stars except for the cleaning I gave that a 4."

"Maintenance is non-existent at this place. Let's start with the room door. There was no security door latch, no emergency exit map in case of fire, and no doorknob hanger that we could use to tell staff if we wanted to have the room cleaned or not. Next, let's move into the bathroom. Water from the faucet was a TRICKLE. I took off the restrictor to see if it was clogged and rusty water shot out so that's terrifying. The granite on the side of the sink was missing and the previously hidden sheet of plywood was visible. I took a shower in the evening and had a hard time sleeping because the shower head dripped for HOURS afterwards and would not stop, despite several attempts to make it stop. When everything was quiet in the middle of the night, it sounded like someone was tapping on the floor of the bathroom with a hammer. The room was dingy and one of the closet doors had fallen off the track and one of the desk chair's arms was long gone. Several hangers were unusable but still in the closet. The mini fridge's freezer section had so much ice built up on it that it was unusable. The room looked like it had been hastily painted by someone in the early 2000s, as it had a almost contemporary color scheme but literally everything had paint drips coming off it and was quite chipped. The ""free breakfast" in the lobby consisted of rancid orange and apple juice from a machine and a coffee machine that leaked from the tubing all over the side of the cup. That's it, that was the breakfast. Believe the other 1 star reviews and sleep in your car if you can't find anywhere else to stay."
