"I went with my sister to shop. I grabbed a few things.When we was checking out the total was more than she has on her card. So I offered to pay the remaining balance. Was told I could pay with my card because I wasn’t on her account. Just a ploy to get people to open an account. But they had no problem taken my cash. So now I have to stop off at the bank to get some money. I used the cash I was owing someone else. I made the remark next time will go to Sam’s Club I’ll get a membership there. And the cashier said “good we don’t want rude people shopping here anyway. Never will I ever go to Costco again. They don’t care at all for there members."

"I love Costco, and this Costco tends to have a lot of cool things not seen in other Costco’s in Arizona. Lots of Asian foods and meat selection is great too. Their food court is outside and is consistent with all Costco food courts. I will say the parking lot seems a little small and shared with a Red Robin and there is always some searching for a spot. Also as a pro tip-don’t be a jerk and leave your carts everywhere. Be a hero to the world and put your cart back in the cart stall"

"One of my favorite Costco warehouses! Logistically, I like the set up of both the warehouse and the gas lines. Makes for easy maneuvering getting in and out of the store. Their self checkout has a person with a handheld scanner who can easily help scan all your items without removing them from the cart. This Costco has a walk in fridge that has your dairy products right next to the meats. Fresh eggs are stored here."

"Food court is outside here and tends to always be a long wait. Bummer the food kiosk will sell you food they are actually out of. You have to get a refund if that happens to you. Inside is clean and well organized. Lots of free samples. Employees don't seem too motivated to help you though... Like they hate being there and are doing the minimum to stay employed. Self checkouts are your best bet to get in and out quickly."

Despite the overwhelming rush of customers which is a common spectacle, the staff impresses with their excellent management and efficient handling of the crowd. They perform their duties with a professionalism that truly embodies the spirit of Costco. Parking can occasionally be a bit of a challenge due to the high traffic volume, but this is a small inconvenience in light of the overall shopping experience. The in-store amenities are numerous, and the pharmacy stands out particularly. The pharmacy technician, Jenn, demonstrates stellar service, embodying an upbeat, positive demeanor that brightens your day. She rectified a price error on one of my medications with such swift grace, it seemed effortless. The snack bar is also a buzzing hub within the store, constantly busy serving up their delectable treats. A suggestion for improvement would be the incorporation of kiosk ordering at the snack bar, similar to other Costco locations, to streamline the process and better serve the high customer volume. This Costco location delivers an exceptional shopping experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend it to anyone in the Cypress area. Their staff, especially the likes of Jenn at the pharmacy, and their wide range of products never fail to impress. The busy nature of the store is a testament to its popularity and the value it provides to the community."
