Costa Mesa is reasonable. I don't know what a safety office is. I've always gotten what I needed at the regular offices."

"Some times good experiences, other times bad ones.. I notice the people who provide the best experiences here are the ones who do what is often the most difficult which is to listen with an open mind and not be so quick to interrupt. I say this because my worst experiences have always occurred when someone is so quick to interrupt and interject what I'm trying to say and many times we end up agitated because I can't say what I want because they keep pulling me in a different direction than the one I'm trying to get to and when they get flustered I just get put on hold for a long while. I've learned it's quicker to hang up and call back and grt someone else (literally, it really is quicker if you grt a difficult person on the phone who puts you on hold).. but those that listen and try to understand me, I can tell they grt annoyed and agitated and frustrated (and understandably so (working at DMV/DDS)) but they handle it SO much better which strengthens the communication and makes the conversation so much more proactive for the both of us. Basically, a few bad apples in every tree and this tree is random so if you find a bad apple then just leave or hang up, cool down for a moment then go back and hope for a good apple."
