"Great atmosphere and a ton of fun. Staff was amazing and handled a very busy environment with demanding personalities very well. Justin in particular was incredible. Arcade is great and the food was good. Would get 5 stars if they made the background screens more family friendly, put the MPH back on the screens and went back to the regular pin set up instead of the roped pins (messes up the pin play)."

"This used to be a Great place for family’s and gatherings but recently it seems like the place has gone downhill the workers are all lost,Tables are left sticky, disgusting bathrooms, arcade games never work, food orders not being placed by the servers, the list goes on. It wasn’t like this a few months ago. There was a purple haired girl who helped us out multiple times because our server was no where to be found for most of our event. Including checking on our food orders and keeping are space clean. I haven’t seen her the last 2 times I’ve been there and the whole experience wasn’t worth my money. Don’t recommend coming here unless the staff becomes more competent like that purple haired girl."

"I really hope management reads this review. First off we decided to celebrate our daughter's 12th birthday here. We payed over $600 for 5 kids and 5 adults. That included food, bowling, and arcade cards. We get to our two paid lanes and notice right off the bat that the party next to us is not very " welcoming " . They immediately start staring at us and whispering. I could see the older man of this particular group grow increasingly aggressive. His behavior was just odd. The next thing I know, a woman that works at this establishment tells me that the kids need to not walk thru the party next to us. Confused..... I asked her to repeat exactly what she was telling me. She told me that the older man was complaining and making a big deal that the kids were supposedly walking thru their paid section. None of our party was doing that. Within minutes of the complaint, a woman from the party next to us started yelling and flipped us off. Then they started mocking some of my daughter's friends! That was it for me. I asked to move. We LITERALLY had to move our entire party. Honestly, I think kids parties should not be next to adult parties. I believe this was the issue. They didn't like the kids and found any way possible to make us uncomfortable enough to make us move . The whole situation was unfair and uncalled for. I really wish they offered us a partial refund! I have never been so embarrassed in front of other parents and having to answer the questions coming from my daughter and her friends like.... Why are those people mean? Why do we have to move? Why do they not like us? So uncalled for ...... and I feel someone from this establishment should make it right! UPDATE I was contacted by this location and after a few emails to corporate, I received a response. I am pleased they gave me a partial refund and offered us to come back. I do hope they follow thru and blacklist the party that was next to us and train their staff correctly on how to handle these type of situations."

"The ambience is quite nice. The staff is extremely friendly and the food is an 8/10; however, the bowling is overpriced for just two people wanting to bowl. The arcade is not functional. Of the twenty-five dollars that I spent to enjoy the arcade with my partner, I lost half of that money due to broken games. The entire arcade is automated so there is no one to help you get your money back. It is filthy and littered with spilled drinks on the machines. The prizes that you can win are cheap and broken. This place presents you with the promise of fun and low-key amusement, but doesn't deliver at all. Will not return--well, maybe for the fries."
