"Caution: I had a disappointing experience here after purchasing tickets from Fandango. The movie shown was completely different from what was advertised. The cashiers were unhelpful and rude when I sought assistance. Unfortunately, they seemed indifferent to resolving the issue, and I have yet to receive a refund or any sort of credit"
""I watched a movie at LA CGV on 1/31/2023 at 10 a.m. The person in charge that day was a man in his 20s wearing glasses. He was very rude. Not only was his attitude towards customers poor, but the bigger issue was him touching the popcorn with his bare hands. When I complained, he responded, 'Yes, and?' Furthermore, they said CGV doesn't have a department to handle complaints and suggested leaving a bad review online if I had something to say. I watched the movie 'Yi Sun-sin,' but when Japanese and Chinese were spoken, there were no Korean subtitles, only English subtitles. Among the Korean audience, more than 60% reportedly couldn't understand the movie due to the lack of Korean subtitles.""
"Really Enjoyed Wonka! The flavored Carmel popcorn is really good. If you get the nachos remember to get jalapenos, they smell nice. I like the dumplings for $8. You can eat them on the premium seats. Great cinematic experience!"
"Wish I could have spent more time visiting the shops. Came to see a Korean movie -12-12 about the Korean military coup in the 1970's and had a great time and sn excellent tub of buttered popcorn."
"We had planned to watch a Korean movie, and arrived early. One of our friends asked to use their restrooms. The staff didn’t allow it because we didn’t have our tickets yet. Her husband talked to them and said she really needed to go ASAP, and we were planning to see a movie, we were waiting for everyone in our party to arrive, asked if they could make one exception cuz it was urgent. They said no. We went to the desserts place right below, they had no issue allowing her to use their restroom right away. We ended up staying there for shaved ice, and didn’t go to the movie. If I could give a 0 star for customer service, I would."
