"Very rude service. My family has been going here for 30 years, and to this day not had a bad experience but today i will no longer be going here because of this rude lady who bluntly insulted me. I bought 4-5 things last week for them as a gift for my sister in law, she didn’t like the ring but everything else was okay. I came back this week to return the ring and the lady said i will have to deduct amount, 1. I showed the recipient and everything what could i have possibly done to the ring in a weeks matter. 2. I did not even mind the deduction but the rudeness of the lady is what is making me write this review. This is not acceptable and she should be reprimanded for this type of behavior. In my life i have never experienced something like this. This is the lady who calls her self the “owner”. Lol"

"This place is a decent choice for small items or gifts ( a small pendant , finger ring, silver bowl ) . Their designs and variety are limited and not particularly impressive. Customer service, especially the two women - is not good! My overall shopping experience has been poor. The security chap opening the door is very polite and much nicer than these two women behind the counter inside the store !"

"I don't have word to say...amazing...I gone to Bindi Jewelers First for my emerald ring...completely unprofessional.....I complain about the ring they said we will again charge to remake...then I decided to go to Kumar jewelers..Kumar made my ring so beautiful... I am really Happy...I spent $800 extra bz of Bhindi jewelers unprofessional work..."
