"I am currently a member at a different location. I was pondering upgrading my membership to include Berkeley. I was told I'd have to pay $45 dollars to check out the facility to see if I was interested in doing the upgrade. Wow! Just wow. I didn't even want to workout. I just wanted to walk around to see if I like the facility."

"Today I was at the gym to get membership and before I said that I would like to get membership, I asked to use the bathroom because I was about to pee in my clothes and the employee said to me “do you have membership?” and when I replied no, he did not authorize me to use the bathroom. I was well dressed and ready to train, I was sure I would do the membership, but I preferred not to talk because the employee was inhumane. I was so sad about the lack of humanity at the gym that I gave up on becoming a member. A gym without luxuries that knows how to treat anyone who comes there is better. Today I peed on my clothes and that was inhumane! Look for other gyms that know how to treat anyone who comes there with dignity, this place doesn't deserve you spending tons of money there."

"Great Equinox facility. Excellent trainers. Equipment is plentiful and they all are in good working condition. Clean locker rooms and showers. Sauna is great as well. They also have classes, a spa and a juice bar. Free parking in the building."
