"Spend 30 minutes on hikd with visa customer services whom refuses to assist me concerning my visa account. They kept blaming my bank , but their logo is on my. Ard and they recieved payments through my bank too. They continue to eefuse to assist or discuss my current visa account payments."

"I bought a visa gift card back in January and due to the fault of Visa, it was not able to be activated, however I didn't find out until after purchasing and trying to use it a few times to no avail. I have spent countless hours on hold trying to get ahold of people, have been told multiple times I would receive a new one in 7-14 business days, but after more than a month I still haven't. Tried calling again today, this time asking to speak to a manager to see if this situation could be resolved once and for all, as the gift card was for quite a bit of money that I can't go months without. However, the representative told me no manager was available, would not let me wait on hold until someone was available, and finally hung up on me. I'm trying to be patient with the whole situation and know they are just doing they're best, but I really can't wait another 7-14 business days to hopefully finally see my money come back. I also work full time and can't spend all day on hold trying to reach a manager. I regret my decision to ever purchase this card and will never again use visa gift cards again."

"I was sexually violated in the workplace, nothing was done. Their legal muscle will bury it, the person responsible is rewarded and gets to keep his job. Leadership is questionable and shameful. This is illegal yet no one takes any action and I am out of a job. Quid pro Quo as they say. Corrupt is also something they are by falsifying time cards so you can work for free without lunch."
