"Cathy... the rudest woman i have ever met!! She told me "come on people we are not a bank" among other smart@ss remarks as i tried to buy 2 redbulls with quarters. 2 for $4. FOUR DOLLARS!!! Your rude coments and attitude just lost my business. I fill up my truck "32 gallon tank premium " almost twice a week. $90 per fillup.. and daily cigarettes and redbull. Not that anyone will care..."

"Went here around 1 a.m. Thursday night/Friday morning and the woman working behind the counter was so rude and incompetent. Literally did not say one word to me, didn't even ask me if a had a Kroger card. Didn't hand me my receipt, didn't hand me my change, and didn't hand me my bag. I bought a few things too and I guess she thought it was a smart idea to put every single item in one bag. A monkey would have been better service than her."

"I have been going to this store for almost 2 years now as I live just down the road. In the past couple months it has become the absolute worst place you can go in the area. It has the slowest customer service of any store I have ever been to. You can expect to wait in line for long periods of time even if you are next in line. One of the employee's, a male probably in his 70's, has absolutely no idea what he is doing. And now they have recently hired an older female, short with glasses, that has no desire to speed up your visit. They are constantly on the phone and in the back room. I have stood at the counter for 5+ minutes waiting for service only to find 2 ppl were in the back room doing nothing. There are also 2 heavy-set female employees who are extremely slow in movement and show absolutely no motivation to get behind the counter to help you. FACT: You WILL wait more than you should have to every time you go to this store. There is nothing kwik about the service at this store."
