"Did not get pierced, came for earrings & basic advice. Kept asking for help and advice and did not get any, only a couple very vague answers that did not answer my questions. I needed advice on my healing helix piercings and what earrings would be best. After I finally picked out the earrings and made sure they knew what earrings I wanted, I paid. I did not check the bag because I (stupidly) assumed they would’ve put the right earrings in there. The price seemed correct for 6 earrings. Turns out, I come home and I only have 4 earrings. Neither of the very specific ones I needed for my healing helix piercings. Would not go again. Very dismissive and rushed with no want to help."

Clean space, fast service/easy appointments, Aftercare packet is a nice touch and have had no problems so far. They only allow you 2 piercings a session, so I will definitely be back a few more times. :)"

"I was able to make an appointment online and arrived a few minutes before. The store itself is a bit small and can feel crowded very quickly. I love the selection of earrings and studs but it can get expensive quickly. This is not your Claire’s free ear piercing with a purchase. The technician was very knowledgeable about what size would work with the piercing you want and location. She very carefully measured and double checked the location before piercing. They know what they’re doing. Great experience, a bit on the pricey side but if you want to be in safe, experienced hands. This is the way to go."
