"In our initial purchase at Ashley store, despite warnings from friends, we acquired two nightstands with the assistance of "Ritu, the salesperson." The ordered light gray nightstands were delivered in a dark chocolate shade. Upon refusal, the delivery person insisted on leaving the assembled item at the door. Despite promises from both the delivery person and the salesperson at the store, the issue persisted. Despite presenting evidence of the discrepancy, the store's response involved sending technicians without resolving the matter or offering accountability. Their refund policy, claiming a 72-hour window, proved deceptive. Numerous reviews on different platforms echo similar issues, highlighting the need for caution and thorough research to avoid this questionable company. We spoke with Daisy, Gretchen, Trevor, Ritu… unfortunately till date no solution but to put this review to get some help. Unfortunately no solution set reply comes back… be careful this shop displays item decoratively and delivers defective item and once item comes to your door .. you can’t refuse delivery and once item accepted… returns are impossible… we were cheated…. Be careful"

"I’ve purchased at Ashley in the past w no issues. Company seemed to be reputable which is why I give 2stars. But this experience has been far from that, I purchased new furniture for my bedroom which were a chest, nightstand, and dresser. Say the least EVERY PIECE arrived DAMAGED. No joke! My advice to you is DO NOT ACCEPT anything damaged. REFUSE it upon delivery and INSPECT it before you sign. The delivery people will tell you a technician will reach out etc etc NO! Don’t fall for it. The best they will do for you is send out technician after technician & replacing the item instead of taking accountability and refunding for their faulty services. Plus the inconvenience of your time for people to be at your house. Also, when you speak to the store they will blame it on the warehouse’s transportation. Their refund policy is also a joke. They state you have 72 hours once it’s delivered but that’s a lie! Upon further review this is what Ashley do!! Lol their company on different platforms listed for reviews are all correlated to the same issues. Be aware and take proper precaution to avoid theirs scandalous company & do your research!"
