"Alan Klein's office has been the most NEGLIGENT, CARELESS, INADEQUATE AND DISASTROUS legal experience of my life. I had been successfully obtaining O1 visas for 9 years, my previous counsel passed away, so when I was due for renewal I went to Alan because he came highly recommended by a few colleagues. Fatal mistake. The whole experience was appalling: aside from the fact that he once took 6 weeks to reply to an email, that he was rude and sounded annoyed whenever I asked him anything, the worst part was the application he put together: it was so filled with discrepancies, inconsistencies and missing items, constructing a string of mistakes so long we got an RFE and then Alan managed to get me denied too despite the fact that I 100% qualified and that I followed exactly what he unfortunately told me to do. 4 months after the denial I had been approved through a different counsel. That goes to show something truly unethical is happening at this Law Office if you can even call it that."
