"I am so glad I came across Swaner Hardwood. I am a hobby woodworker (for fun) and my neighbor recommended this location. From the moment I walked in I was treated with nothing but respect from the young lady at the desk who was patient in explaining the pricing models and even by one of the owners Ryan who made the experience extremely low pressure and smooth for me. The quality of the hardwood is perfect. I went with some raw cuts but mainly some S4S pieces which allowed me to quickly make some of these boards for my family and friends."

"Outstanding customer service. I've seen very good customer service before from some top companies, but this is just above anything else. I ordered live edge walnut slab that is 4' long, 12-16" wide and 2" thick from Home Depot. It has some really bizarre semi circular marks across the surface, along the grain of the wood. Looks like saw burn marks but probably not. Anyway, I tried to sand the heck out of it for hours using 60 to 320 grit sand papers but those marks are persistent. So, I reached out to Swaner customer service, from the email I found in reviews. I sent an email asking how to get rid of those marks. I got an immediate response next day from Ryan saying he is not sure about those marks as he has never seen those before, but he will send a new slab as replacement. Now, that's good customer service. He then asked me what type of character I like to have on the replacement slab - knots, curves etc. and told me he will personally find for such slab and send it. This is great customer service. But, it didn't stop there. Next day he sent me a picture of the slab he found matching my criteria asking for my confirmation before shipping. This is what I call outstanding customer service. This is really above and beyond. He even said he will send me another slab if this replacement do not meet my expectations but he was super confident that it will. And it did, I love the replacement slab and is exactly what I'm looking for. I got the replacement delivered pretty quickly as well. Thanks a lot, Ryan and Swaner. You guys are incredible."

"Amazing product and outstanding customer service. I was unfamiliar with Swaner until I stumbled across their hardwoods on Home Depot's website. Intrigued by the home delivery option, I ordered a small bundle. I rec'd the incorrect size, so I gave Swaner a call. Within 48 hours, they had the correct item at my doorstep. Their customer service was great! I'm very impressed with the quality of the S4S boards--clean, straight, good character and color. For my next order, I reached out to Swaner with a specific request, and even though my order was small compared to an average customer, Ryan treated me like a VIP. Once again, I placed the order via Home Depot and then Ryan made good on my request and more. Do not hesitate to buy from Swaner! I will definitely be back for more hardwoods! :)"
