"My father has only been there a little over 2 weeks and already has bed sores ,UTI and is soaked every morning when the private caregivers or I come in. Director needs to address staff and prioritize duties"

"this place is amazing!! the staff greeted me and my friend (being admitted for rehab) with a warm ness you would get from family!! He had mentioned he would really love a pepsi he took a nap woke up to a pepsi on his end table! they kept me well informed and were comforting and calm with any news they give. They realized immediately after a few days there he needed medical attention and call me to adv he would need to be hospitalized just to get checked out. they are the best he can’t wait to go back and that says something!!! the food is 100% better than the hospital and prev rehab i’d choose these folks over and over again."

"Don't send anyone you love here!! Residents are not take care of as they should be--a bath only 2 days a week..and you must beg for it! The food is disgusting...not worthy to feed an animal most days!!! Cant get the resident doctor to come see patient when sick-takes a week or more. Even when they know you are in pain-perhaps from a broken foot-which took days to get a xray! Another incident -CNA got mad, had a bad attitude and walked out, leaving resident to lay naked in their own feces-until she called her family on the outside for help. This is only one of the many occurrences...and the beginning of many I could tell you about. It is understaffed and it is shameful people are treated this way. I just can't understand it -The state should close this place down! It is heartbreaking-we need to do better -much better!!!!"

"My Dad is a resident for rehab and therapy currently. He has received fabulous care from the therapy team and there are some super kind staff members there. Mary is one of the most caring CNA’s I have come across at the Waters"

"I do not recommend this nursing home! Many times when I went in I felt my loved one had been neglected…dirty fingernails, clothes, etc. Never assisted her with brushing her teeth even though she was not able to do it herself. They would give us conflicting information on her condition (some lies). When she was on her death bed we were told as family we would get to be with her before she breathed her last…then they turned around and said they would not allow us in. They are still using “Covid” as an excuse, but our family personally feels they are using it as an excuse not to have to worry about having family in and out witnessing their lack of care for their patients. Please investigate this place closely before think of placing your loved one here! We regret it to this day!!!"
