"I could give them 5*. I informed them about expired coffees as a gesture of goodwill. However, when I tried to exchange a box of coffee I didn't like, they refused, stating that one shouldn't buy if unsure. I find this policy unreasonable, especially when they themselves can return items to other companies. Due to this, I've decided not to continue doing business with them."

"I would give this place 3.5 stars. From a cursory walk around it looks fine -- but here's a little tip: if you actually want to sell the hummus, like literally *small size* hummus, maybe don't charge $7 for it. Unless I was charged the "white person price," you could also like literally mark everything properly as a store. Like I'm glad you have a store and I hope you do well, you would do better if you took the time as a store owner to mark prices on all the merchandise, this is a thing that Westerners appreciate."

"The marinated poultry are garbage as they are very salty and lacking proper amount of right seasonings. Nevertheless, King International needs to add price tags on all their items they sell in the store because customers need to know the prices before checking any item out. also, customer service needs to be improved as some of the employees specially the older ones are lacking proper training."

"This place has variety of products- I bought two varieties of baklava, afghani bread, big pita/naan bread, snack mix, and saffron. Products were easy to find, store was clean and organized. Customer service was great. I like the baklava so anytime I need baklava I always come here to buy it. Highly recommended to try!"
