"Hands down the best customer service. I planned my daughters Winterfest & was recommended Cindy’s Jumpers. Right away, just so helpful & understanding. We had a few minor issues on my teams end which they were able to fix right away. The delivery drivers were great also. They set up quickly & were very helpful as well as friendly. They were on time to drop off & picking up. They explained how everything worked & we used cash to get the discount. The kids loved the inflatables & carnival games. It was a great experience all around. I would recommend Cindy’s Jumper’s & will definitely use them again.!"

"Booking was easy (you will need a permit from the city if you're setting up in a public park). They showed up early to set up and we were up and ready to jump/slide in 20 minutes. They called to let us know they were going to be 30 minutes late to pick up and if that was ok. An extra free 30 minutes? The kids were not going to be upset! Great experience, very professional, and good communication. I recommend Cindy's!"
