"Got my upper ears pierce, total of three. She told my friend and me come in 6 week to exchange my ear rings for hoops. When we did so, the lady has attitude as we enter, plus asking for appointment. I told her sorry no, then rudely cut me off. After that i tried to tell her one of the piercing got inflected to try get that repierced since it was healed up. I would gladly make an appointment if she told me, never said too when i come back 6 weeks. Then added 30 bucks for each hoop earing without showing me the earings. I declined after made it clear you are too busy to change out earing let alone a piercing or try make an appointment. I am so glad we were the only clients in the place. Look like you were so busy."
