"Love this tattoo shop! They are always one of the busiest shops in the area especially during events. Not sure about Monica Medinas review because i was there and she wasn’t even near the shop when he name was called out. Anyways, over all an amazing and friendly shop."

"The worst experience you can have at a tattoo shop. Went for a flash deal they were having was a highly recommended place. Called prior to arrival and was given an eta of 30mins - 45mins., they weren't checking people off accordingly and I was there for close to 5 hours to find out that they skipped over me since I was the last on the page, I was sitting in the lobby the whole time. Telling the workers and they said oh my bad but didn't say they'd do work just to wait. I'm very disappointed to write this review. The owner being in the shop should have put his customers first instead, I understand it's a mom and pop shop and alcohol will be consumed but a quick drink and go back to work but, that wasn't the case. The owner was not tentative to his shop and the list to where he was over booked and had to turn people away.Hope that in the future they think of the customers first before themselves. If I could I would give 0 stars for the worst experience EVER."
