"True At Heart is the best shop in OC. They have multiple locations which is convenient, all of the locations have great artists. They are fairly priced with top notch artist at every location. I personally go to Jon Deanda (owner) which he will go to any shop in the area to tattoo you which is nice. I also go to Vance Freeman (Capo beach location) . These guys do great work and are super cool to chat with which is good because I do long sessions frequently. Check them out I'm sure you will be happy with either of them or any of the other artists."
