"Great place to shop for groceries! Atmosphere at this store is always clean and fresh and gives good vibes. Love to get the fresh sushi plates here. Kids love to come hang out with mom and dad during the trip. Love that there’s always parking and it’s never crowded. Also love the walk into the store past the ivy trestles! The pleasantness starts before you even enter the store. It’s a nice touch!"
"I love this place since they open, I always find what I need, but I went early this week, and there were no cashiers available to help, so I have to do a self check out, I brought my own bag from home that I already purchased in the store before. At the time that I put my bag to put my items , the computer said, "Remove your item, and ask for an associate to unlock the computer to star scanning my Items, I ask for help and the person who helped me said, just remember don't place anything in your bag before you scanned, I never did that I know that I have to pay for it, I felt bad, she said it loud like I was stealing something I felt offended because I purchased my reusable bag to do not pay over and over for plastic bags. She wasn't friendly or happy doing her job. We can't control the computer or machine to do not bother any associate. Other than that, I will give a 5 stars. Cakes are good, sushi, meat it's fresh and they have great deals."
"My husband and I had the most pleasant experience last night at Stater Bros with Angel. He was approachable, knowledgeable and helpful. His willingness to check the back for more of the product we were looking for was priceless! He did it all with a smile! We will definitely select Stater Bros for our grocery needs at this particular location. Kudos to Angel for A1 Service!!!"
"Not your regular stater brothers! This is a new location that is really creating a special experience for customers. I am talking samples while you walk around. Hot and ready food. Pan dulce, and other freshly baked goods. It reminds me of Costco a little bit and whole foods little bit. This location of course has your normal stater brothers items plus a lot more. Customer service representative are pretty nice. Sometimes it seems like there are long lines but since stater brothers doesn’t shy away from opening up lanes for check out the lines go decently fast. I waited to leave this review. After many visits it just keeps getting better"
