"NOT as described by others. Acted like I didn't belong in their establishment and my ear piercing request (3 piercings on the lobe) was ridiculous. Was dark and dingy and did NOT look or feel clean. Price was outrageous...$600 cash only. I left and did not use them."

Got my second lobes done here about a week ago (which was a super efficient and smooth process) but then noticed some irritation and sinking of my jewelry about a week in. Gave them a call on Christmas Eve, with little expectations that they would be open that day, but to my surprise they were! Turns out the problem was that the jewelry was a tiny bit too short for my earlobes but he was able to easily replace them! He was super kind and the replacement was practically pain-free. My ears feel and look way better. Thanks so much!"
