"If I could give this place a zero I would. I normally don’t right reviews but, I’m actually traumatized by my most recent visit… I had to pick up some supplies for my business and as I’m walking around a girl with like redish-pink hair is vaping. I think Avia Is her name. I mean how disgusting and disturbing is that? In a food store? Then she’s the only worker around, so I ask her a question, and she has an attitude, and her eyes are as red as the apples I was purchasing. Hiring minors that are under the influence at work?! Extremely unprofessional. This is why I shop online. NEVER coming here again. PLEASE DO BETTER!"
"Horrible customer service truly. If I could give this place a zero I would. At this particular location the workers are very rude and standoffish especially one named Avia. She always has a mean uninviting face on and my daughter says she saw her smoking weed or some other substance near the store. Will not be returning if she still works here…"

"I made a quick stop to buy some beverages at this Smart & Final. I'm not from this area. I was visiting my brother who just came back from the military. The cashier at this store was somewhat discriminative towards me. She was hesitant to greet me when it was my turn to pay and started to bag my items right away without asking me if I needed a plastic bag. Because of course, there's a fee for the bag so she needs to ask customers first if they need a bag. She couldn't ring up an item so she charged me for a similar but more expensive item. I had to mention it to her so she could correct the price. Then after the transaction was completed she just gave me my receipt without saying goodbye. She just said, "Here you go" as she handed me my receipt. I wouldn't have made a big deal out of this but I did notice that her attitude changed to a more positive mood with the next customer. She greeted the customer right away and asked if they needed a plastic bag for their items. This was a quick but uncomfortable transaction at this Smart & Final. The receipt said that the cashier that assisted me was named Sandra. However, the rest of the staff were great and the store was clean and organized."
