"It is unfortunate that I've had to pick up my phone and do this one. But this market is pitiful their customer service to citizens. At least who speak nothing but English is dirt. Poor and they don't even know how to run operations. Accordingly. To a customer satisfaction experience, it is extremely disappointing. As the lines are long, there's only 1 or 2 cashiers and on top of that. They give you attitude if you don't speak Spanish. No I am by definition Latino. But I do reveal the truth. And there's a lot of improvement that needs to be at this community store. They make it feel like they're doing you a favor that is bad business. manager seems lost in her culture"

"Cárdenas Market is a great place for grocery shopping. It is very spacious, clean, and inviting with scenery on the walls in each department. The Hispanic flare is noted throughout, especially with its own tortilla kitchen viewable from the store. Produce is fresh and well displayed. Bakery, deli, and meat departments are all super clean with a variety of quality products. The atmosphere is unique and special and worth a visit just for the experience. Highly recommended."

"My first visit to this store. Store is very clean and well organized. But their employees really bother me. 1). The woman works at self-checkout area kept looking at me like I was a stranger or a shoplifter. It that because I am not a Hispanic?? 2). Cashier did not say "hello" or "thank you" when checking out my stuffs. 3). Three avocados were charged $6 instead of 3 for 99 cents. I did get my refund after I complained to the cashier. Check your cameras if you want to see the details. It was on September 29th. Please also train your employees for better customer service."

"I will not recommend to eat at the Cardenas kitchen. We spend $29.00 on 2 tacos carnitas, chicken plate and a piece of pork skin.We end up throwing all in trash .The chicken was over fry and the pork taste like old fry oil. The staff needs more training .I hope this review reaches a manager and get its back to what used to be ."

"Fantastic customer service, clean and tidy shelves and amazing fruit selection. Fresh made tortillas, sweet bread and cakes as well. Absolutely the best Mexican grocery experience possible. The place smells delicious"
