"Just left a cart full of groceries after I asked the cashier if she was open. Noone in line she said "No we have self checkout" I kindly said "No thanks" and left my cart full.of items for them to put away. REALLY don't you realize jobs are being destroyed by self checkout. No social skills.for our kids to learn while working customer service!!!!!! Shame on you Albertsons there was literally no one in the lines at 9am and she refused to help me."

"This is my first time rating a grocery store. I used to be a fan of Albertsons. Even though they are expensive. This evening I used the pick up feature. I waited over 8 minute. No one came out, so I called and the teenager who picked up was snotty and rude. Albertsons has to get their shin together."
