"I ordered fried chicken at its deli. They had a special on their fried chicken on Thursday and I took advantage of it. I picked up my order on Friday. It took a little longer than I expected to have my order ready. I probably will place the order here again in the future because of the price, quality and convenience."
"The only reason I came to see the bakery was because I was recommended by a friend and now they lost a old customer with a new customer! Clearly management is really disorganized here! Bakery should be open till eight and I was here before the time. Just so I can be ask “oh we had a CALL OFF” the person who I ask when to the back and came back with a negative response! I know the bakery employee was back there! I hope the manager or corporate see this review and investigate this issue. No one want to come here and get sent back with out ordering a cake. Don’t bother to call either because they just going to let it ring! I don’t recommend this place to anyone! Not a customer friendly!"
"I've been looking for a new store to get my groceries at first thing in the morning. Albertsons is a joke with customer service and produce quality, and Aldi opens too late and empties of necessities quickly. I am so happy I discovered this Ralph's in particular. The staff, from produce to floor staff to bakery to cashier have been so welcoming. They have been willing to help look for a product, and so friendly. It's really been a turn around in how pleasant my mornings are. I just want to thank them all so much. I also want to add my gratitude for the sales, particularly in the meat department. And I haven't had to deal with any bad meat or produce purchases at all. Which is rare these days."
