"The service was absolutely awesome. I had a three piece suede luggage and my prized suede hat that was damaged from the tornado on December 9th 2023. Every shop that I called wouldn't touch them or guarantee the pieces, and they recieved them and returned them in perfect condition. Much appreciation for the personal touch. I definitely will use Park Avenue Cleaners again!"
"Just picked up my coat and it looks amazing! When I first dropped it off the owners of the dry cleaner did a pretty thorough look over and told me he was going to do the best he could to get the stains out.. they were actually really bad and I didn’t even notice. He was honest from the jump and told me some might not come out. I told him it wasn’t a big deal if it didn’t come out perfect because I paid $2 at a thrift store I just want it clean before I put it on. They told me it would be $60. I thought $62 for a coat was reasonable so I paid in advance (required at this location) and left with very minimal expectations. Y’all this coat is spotless: he got every single stain out and it looks almost brand new and smells so much better. The two times I have gone in the owners have been very kind and they have tons of clothes they are working on cleaning so they seem busy which is a good sign. They got the entire coat done in two weeks time, so if you need dry cleaning I would recommend going here. Side note the plaza they are in has shopping, a place to get your nails done, and a Publix so I was able to run a few errands on the same day which is great as well."
"We paid $420 for tablecloths to be pressed only, not washed. Every single one of the tablecloths were poorly pressed. Though the service given by Park Avenue Cleaners was less than satisfactory, they are not offering a reimbursement or discount of any amount."
