"This place is great. If you have patience (and don’t treat the staff like trash) they’re very helpful. Brought 6 kids to jump there was an altercation between mine and another kid there and the staff helped us by watching the cameras to figure out what happened and ended up kicking out the aggressor. It’s VERY busy on weekends so I would recommend a weekday but if you’re not a jerk I’m sure you’ll have a great time."
"Place was messier then my children's room. Personnel was not enforcing rulsles. Or keeping the place clean. bathroom was Over flowing. Garbage all over the place music was not kid friendly. Would not recommend for families"
"Kids love it a lot and that’s what matters. There is a vending machine for drinks, ice cream and chips. iWall is pretty fun to play. Entrance is $27.99 per child."
"I would have given zero stars if I could. This place was awful! Came here for my godson’s birthday and the service was the worst I have ever had at a place like this. The pizzas were late and then we were told they didn’t know where they were. My sister in law was told they would take off the pizza and then they still tried to charge her. We eventually spoke to a manager and got them removed. However there was no host in the room and the young kid that did come in only came in once with her friend. The bathrooms are dirty and everyone working their is super young and unprofessional. I would not recommend this place at all for a party. The picture online make this place look much nicer than it is."
