"I have been dedicated to this office for just short of 12 years. I am always aware that it takes 3-5 months to get seen for my kids physicals. We scheduled the appointments in September, drove all the way from Hendersonville after taking both kids out of school just to be told we didn’t have the appointments scheduled. It also took forever to get someone to even schedule these appointments to begin with. I originally tried their website to request an appointment and when they text me to schedule they told me they couldn’t schedule physicals only flu shots thru that application. Then I called and left Dr Mukundan’s nurse a message that I needed to schedule 2 physicals and they never called me back. I finally called the office and got to a receptionist to schedule appointments that apparently were for the wrong day. Looks like we will finally be transferring our care somewhere else."

"Satisfied enough with the care we’ve received for our daughter; but the call tree to just talk to someone is maddening- and not intuitive. Several times, when I’ve called to schedule or re-schedule an appontement, I was told I should have followed different call options… but couldn’t reach someone and/or wouldn’t have my calls returned. And while I don’t have complaints about the physician care, per se, the interactions don’t feel personable."

Dr Fernandez was very thorough, friendly, and professional. Pleased with how my first appointment went and definitely will recommend Dr Fernandez!"
