"Love this location!! I especially love the design, which creates separate areas. The steep slope of the upper corner makes it less used but still in clear view of the rest of the park. For those with older kids who might want big-kid time on the log up there, yet you still have the younger kids on the playground, and you can see both. The bathrooms are clean. The City's crew that comes by, to clean, are funny, really nice, and do a great job. Great group!"

"This is a beautiful public park hidden in a La Mesa neighborhood. There is plenty of street parking. A few picnic benches with bbq's are at the top of the park, located near the restrooms and playground. A large grassy hill is intersected by a paved walking path. There are beautiful trees offering shade and multiple benches and flat grass areas to sit. ON-LEASH dogs are allowed, and there are poop bag dispensers located in the park. Most people respect the on-leash rules, but, of course, there are always people who feel the rules don't apply to them and let their dogs run around freely with the leash attached. It's a wonderful park in a great community."

"Playground: Dated structures but lots to do. One structure for younger kids and one for older kids. The flooring is rubber and tanbark. There was no shading on the playground but large mature trees right next to it. Plenty of benches to sit on. Bathrooms: Men’s and Women’s bathrooms with two stalls in each. Parking: Free along the street. Location: In the middle of a suburb on relatively quiet streets. The park is almost completely on a hill/ sloping downward. Safety: No unhoused, a few adults exercising or walking small dogs. There was a significant amount of trash on the playground including a swisher sweet wrapper."

"Lots of street parking available. Large open space good for a game of touch football or soccer. Play equipment is clean and the kids enjoy it. Has a decent bathroom. Grass is well maintained and trees provide ample shade for a picnic with loved ones."
