Neighborhood and circled back to address my issue. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed at his Columbo-like desire to hunt down a cause. Very methodical in his process. I could tell he really likes his job. He asked questions about any recent work at my home and the whole house filtration. He wanted the whole picture. He ultimately found the cause. He is extremely knowledgeable and I had no hesitation with following his suggestions/advice for the current situation and future repair considerations. I’ve been highly impressed with the caliber of technicians from Barker."
"A very good neighborhood park! Here it’s possible to do a simple workout, take the kids out to play, have a picnic and play most popular sports. Olinda Ranch is an upscale neighborhood in Brea and the park of the neighborhood is suburban, with wide pathways and lots of room! Thanks to Richard and the Brea Parks Department for keeping the park so well maintained! There’s ample free parking together with the Olinda Ranch Parking Lot. Restrooms are available just inside the entrance, via the upper pathways."
"Nice park, a lot of open space and large basketball courts. The playground equipment is well maintained and nothing was broken. It is a bit older, but it's held up well. There is also a well maintained bathroom, multiple grills, and a lot of parking."
