"It is okay to walk in the evening while there is still some natural light. However, I don't feel safe walking alone in the park after the sunset. It is too dark around 8 pm. Some lights of the lampposts have been broken for years. They are never fixed. Homeless people are seen in the dark corner of the park in some nights."
