"We came to the store to try and replace batteries in my granddaughters build a bear because it had stopped playing the song. We knew it was old but it has great sentimental value to our family. The staff were the best customer service we have had in so long. They were willing to try and fix her with no complaints. They also treated us with kindness and just plain old nice people. This meant so much and btw they were able to repair her and we are beyond grateful. Good job build a bear."
