"Nice, quiet atmosphere, but kinda underwhelming compared to nearby parks. There are quite a few people using Whitney's? track and field which might make things feel crowded. Tree cover is a bit limited, so it might not be that cool in the summer"

"My daughter in law had her baby shower there recently, and it was really nice. The reserved shelter was clean, spacious, playground adjacent, and damn near almost everything. The park itself is beautiful and has pretty much everything you would expect in a park, and then some..."

"Great park. Extremely clean and ok staff. Awesome place to throw birthday parties for children. It would be nice if the staff didn’t hover over you (after renting out an area). We get it; don’t damage the property. However, this city makes a lot of money. I’m sure a thumb tack won’t hurt wood."
