Jump Jungle Kids Indoor Playground

"I am giving this place 5 stars because my kids had fun but they need to update their slide…my 2 year old daughter went to play and while I was there she went down the slide but it’s all metal and it’s really steep it caused her to hit her head and make her cry. It’s really dangerous! You need to add padding to it or remove it, definitely make it safe for all ages!"

"Had my son’s 5th birthday party here and everyone (even the adults), had the best time ever. We had the whole place to ourselves and the price was pretty reasonable. They allowed us to bring our own food and decorations and the party was 2 hours long with lots of time for the kids to get worn out. The staff were so friendly and the place was very clean and it is huge! The staff was there to help when we needed them, but mostly left us alone to enjoy our time with our guests. I recommend this place to all of my friends with kids any chance I get, book this place for your children's birthday parties, you will not regret it! We will definitely be back again for our next birthday party. Thanks so much jump jungle playground for all of your hard work to make our experience so great."

"I come here often with my son, who has just turned 2. We’ve been coming here since he was 18 months old or so. It’s a cute and affordable place for the children to play! I haven’t had any bad experiences at this playground. My most recent visit I noticed they have new slides in the toddler area that are soft and cute and my son loves them! They also have these new giant lego walls that are cute and functional."

"So, guess what? At Jump Jungle today, I spotted someone pulling off the last block from the wall, unveiling a bunch of rocks. I was like, "Uh, maybe fix that?" And you won't believe it – even with the front desk craziness, the tall dude rocked at helping us out. They cleaned up, and magically, my kid went from accident-prone to a mini ninja without a scratch. Big kudos to him for being our hero and being so nice and helpful and telling everyone to look at their kids because parents seemed unaware of the dangers and all and the staff really seemed chill and relaxed – we're pumped to swing by again!"

"I hope the owners know that next time, before publicly accusing a child, either witness the incident firsthand or check surveillance cameras to confirm. Please don't jump to conclusions so easily. My son is shy and not very vocal, but he is a good kid and he intended to help rebuild the Lego foam fence that other child had damaged but ended up being misunderstood as a troublemaker. Unfortunately, there was no apology to him in the end. It's a horrible experience for both the child and the parents.I hope the they can understand that the safety and happiness of children should be the top priorities of playground.The way you handled the situation was very inappropriate. Please show more tolerance and patience towards the children."
