"I've been getting some tattoo laser removal sessions, I just wanted to comment on the great customer service of some excellent cosmetic nurses. Namely, Cayla and Janelle. They both have showed excellent skill using an ice pack before lasering, which reduced the pain notably (along with taking an Ibuprofen before the session). The front desk staff have always been kind and courteous. I'm only half way done with my sessions butI can see visible progress on the tattoo."

"Second time with bad experience, front desk not friendly at all. When I called to notify that I’m running late. No one picked up. When arrived they said that my time is not available anymore, and wanted to reschedule. When I said that I called to the office to notify. They said that no one called to the office. When in fact I showed them that I called them. The other time I came on time , but I had to wait for my appointment for 45 minutes. How come it’s ok for me to wait, and the office cannot pick up my call"

"Terrible experience - would not recommend. Profits are the priority over patients. Completed full set of laser treatments for neck. This led to 40-50% reduction in hair which was not acceptable to me (I was not expecting 100% hair reduction, but more than this) as there was still a fair amount of hair. They gave me one free session and this still did not lead to meaningful reduction in hair. When I emailed them about this, their (Amanda Holmes) email essentially said, "when you sign your contract with us, the fine print says that there are no guarantees to any results with laser treatment as everyone is different". I wrote back and wanted to speak more about this on the phone, and she did not respond to my email. I sent a few other emails over the course of 7-10 days just trying to get a response and I never got one. I called the clinic and they said that they will never offer more than one complimentary session, even if the results are terrible. All they offered was for me to buy more packages/sessions. Unwise financial decision on their end as I will never go to them for anything in the future and I will dissuade anyone I know from going there. They clearly are not willing to go out of their way more than a tiny bit to make sure patients are happy. If you have any issues with your treatment, do not expect them to do anything about it other than offer one complimentary session - the rest will be a hard no, and an offer to pay for more sessions. If you care about customer service, LaserAway, contact me personally, and prove it. Update: 9/20/23 They still haven’t contacted me and still haven’t responded to any emails. They are a “no means no” kind of company with zero flexibility to deal with patients on a case by case basis. Don’t come to this company - as I said above, unless everything goes perfectly as expected, they won’t accommodate you or work with you to help you get at least a little closer to reasonable results (I don’t feel mine were reasonable as noted above). Surprising to me that they are so rigid and stubborn. Customer service isn’t a priority, clearly. Would think it’s bad for business. update 10/5/23: They wrote me today and basically said the same thing - we already offered you one complimentary session and that's all we can do. Even if you have sub-par results (even if it's only a 10% reduction in hair - doesn't matter), like in my case, the only thing they offer is for you to pay for more treatments. Their lack of flexibility to work with me and cover a few extra sessions for my neck to help show they value customer satisfaction to some extent means I won't be going to them ever again in the future. update 12/5/23: I read the response that LaserAway finally sent after a few months. I emailed them at the email they provided in their Google review response and the email has bounced back, and I attached the photo here to prove this. LaserAway - please provide me an email that can receive emails... (?)"
