"Horrible customer service. Booked a Saturday birthday party the employees did not wana be there. 0 customer service the employees looked mad the entire time gave us weird looks to our guests as well who noticed, not welcoming environment at all. When i asked if i could extend my party they seemed even more annoyed so we decided not to. They asked for a tip seemed like we had to but definitely did not deserved to be tipped. Theres plenty of welcoming other places to book parties"
"Get ready for children to be running around completely unsupervised because the staff don’t do anything besides take your money and occasionally put toys back in buckets, and other caregivers will be glued to their phone unless they hear screaming. So a child could (and probably will) hit/throw something at/say something hurtful to your child with zero consequences unless you say something. If there are any rules here they sure are not enforced."
"30$ for 3 adults and 1 child so very fair and inexpensive rate. Had an absolutely wonderful time at Peekaboo Playland. My toddler had more fun here then she did at Disneyland. Bounce house, slides, playrooms, toys galore it was heaven for my 2 year old. Floor is remarkably clean too, was expecting my socks to be black at the end of the day and they were clean as when I put them on. Went for my daughters second birthday but I think we'll be regulars now."
"Friendly and helpful staff, parking on street is usually available with a little bit of searching. You cannot wear footwear inside the venue. You must check them at the front desk. Socks are required and are available for $2 if you don't have any."
