Worst experience possible, was there today, waited an hour while only representative joked and laughed with everyone. Needed help with phone and E-sim. Kept repeating we needed to go to the Apple Store. When we bought the phone at a huge cost and have been with Verizon for years. She could not understand all we needed was the sim switched. Asked for someone with more knowledge as we have done this exact thing before and her answer was no one has experience and the manager has only been here two months. We left very frustrated and still locked out of phone. Off to Walmart to get what Verizon should have done."
