"Arrived to my appointment ten minutes early. I chatted with the artist and his apprentice while they ate breakfast, then we spend 10 minutes looking at a wolf that I picked out the night before, and transferred it to my arm. we get started an hour after my scheduled appointment time I was tattooed for 3.5 hours, the artist told me to pay him for 6 hours & to return for a second appointment to finish the tattoo. i payed him $1500 cash. after arriving to my second appointment weeks later, the artist told me he was busy and id have to wait 30 minutes to be helped. the wait ended up actually being 2 hours the second appointment ended up being an hour and a half session. after all was said and done, I was charged for six hours of work but only received 5."
