"Excellent playground with a danish aesthetic. My sister says she liked the puppet theater with seating area and her four year old daughter says she liked the WHOLE playground. Both kids liked the monkey bars, rings and tire swings. Lots of nook and crannies so good for hide and seek."
"This park made me think of a princess and prince theme costume party, beautiful park with Solvang-style Danish details,only 5 minutes from the town, with swings and many slides. a bright green grass, clean and suitable for a good weekend."
"Great open green grassy field. Sidewalk perimeter to walk around the field. Dog bag stations available. Restrooms available. Volleyball sand courts are well maintained as well as the field. Oh yeah, there's a great jungle gym for the kids here and tables that are covered from the Sun. Lots of parking!!!"
"great park, has a big field, a volleyball court, and of course a very large playground. we went here with our two boys who are seven and three and there was something for all of them including a lot of playground equipment you don't normally see like a tightrope walk, a little store, a Viking ship and some other goodies. The architecture of the playground is also really great because it matches solving and the Dutch village feel. there's also a picnic area and restrooms so you could just go there with a lunch and hang out while you kids play. there's a decent amount of shade in the picnic area and some other areas but they playground itself is pretty hot which is my only very small ding."
